Sometimes it's an overwhelming sense of loneliness or lack of direction. Often it's a result of major life changes, loss, psychological injuries, or specific issues such as anxiety, depression, relentless anger, or grief.

 

Many times people come to me with need for support when they find themselves "stuck" or unable to create the changes they seek in themselves or in their lives. Some simply want the supportive environment of an unbiased third party to find direction or validation.

 

Working together with you on an individual basis, I offer a private, safe, and confidential environment for you to explore your concerns, find relief and to bring joy and passion back into your life.
